Steps to make to make 3p's cutlet
- Take a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes and add green peas and add all dry masala.now add paneer and mix well. And make cutlet as ur desire shape.
- In a bowl put maida and cornflour add some water to make a thin batter.add 1/2tsp salt
- Take the cutlet and dip into maida batter with the help of spoon or fork and coated with bread crumbs.like this ready all the cutlet.
- Now in a kadhai heat the oil and fry all the cutlet on high flame.serve with green chutni.
