- Take a mixture jar add boiled rice, suji, salt and curd, grind it, mix some water and pour out of the bowl and mix carrot and capsicum
- Then grease the idli mould and pour the batter and steam it
- Take a pan, heat some oil and add mustard seed, cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves,red chilli and mix idlies and serve with peanut chutney
- For chutney take a mixture jar and add all the ingredients and grind it and serve it with rice idli.
