- as needed Oil to fry
- 1 tsp Eno

- Mix Rava, Besan, Chopped vegetables, boiled corns, Salt, Haldi and all spices with dahi
- Add water to form a thick pouring consistancy batter and cover for 10 mins
- Heat oil in an open pan
- Now add eno to the batter and blend in
- Pour one scoop full of batter in the oil and let one side cook in low flame.
- Cover the pan
- After one side is cooked, sprinkle some oil and flip to the other side. Cover again
- Cook both sides till crispy.
- Serve with green chutney
