- Now add the grated potatoes carrot breadcrumbs and besan.
- Add all the other spices coriander leaves and mix it well to make a dough.
- Now take some mixture and make cylindrical shape.
- In this way keep all the rolls ready in equal size.
- Now churn the cornflakes in mixer and put it in a plate.
- Take a small bowl mix maida and cornflour in half cup water.
- Mix it well see that there are no lumps.
- It should not be very thick nor very liquid.
- Now dip the croquettes into flour, which is mixed with water and then in churned cornflakes.
- Continue doing this till the entire dough gets over..
- Keep the croquettes in fridge for 30-40 mins.
- Now fry the croquettes in oil till golden on both sides..
- Drain on a paper towel. Serve hot with ketchup.
