  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the onion and sauté till lightly browned. (You can add cumin seeds if using plain rice. Mine were zeera rice so I didn’t add)
  2. Add green peas, carrot, pav bhaji masala, and a little water. Mix and cook for two to three minutes.
  3. Add all chopped bell peppers and salt Saute a bit. Don’t overdo. Crunch should remain Add the rice and mix. Cook on high heat for a couple of minutes.
  4. Beat an egg in a bowl.
  5. Take a pan and add little oil. Add beaten egg with a pinch of salt and red chilli powder. Cook as scrambled egg
  6. Add scrambled egg to your pulav and give a lay stir. Serve hot pulav
  7. This crunchy pulav was already moist so didn’t need any raita with it.
