- Add tomato puree and stir for 3-4 minutes
- Add salt,other spices and cream cook until it leaves oil
- Add cottage cheese,corn,water,spinach puree and cook until the gravy thickens
- Mix butter and switch off the flame
- Serve with naan or rice.
