- Add curry leaves sautey few seconds then add boiled potato mix well sautey on low medium flame for one or 2 minutes till the potatoes are slightly golden and roasted
- Then add soaked sago seeds salt and roasted and coarsely crushed or ground peanuts mix well make sure to keep flame low
- Once well mixed u can cover lid for just a minute or 2 and then open and mix well again
- Then add chopped coriander leaves mix well keep on low flame for more 2 minutes keep mixing every minute
- Sabudana will become almost transparent and ready to eat squeeze in lemon juice if u like the taste
