- Cook cornbread and biscuits the day before
- Crumble cornbread and biscuits up into small pieces (I crumble mine to almost grainy)
- Boil eggs and set aside
- Sauteed celery and onions in butter until tender and add to cornbread mixture
- Finely chop boiled eggs and add to mixture
- Add cream of chicken soup
- Add seasonings
- Add 2 raw eggs
- Add chicken broth until moist but not soupy and mix it all together in large pan. You don't want it really thick or it won't cook good.
- Bake covered 1 hour then uncover and bake until the top is a golden brown. You want to bake all the moisture out.
