- 1 green chilli
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder

- as needed Lukewarm water
Instructions to make to make Mat samosa
- Firstly add all purpose flour,salt and carom seeds.mix it.now add some oil for moiyn.after that add gradually lukewarm water in it and knead a dough.Cover it with lid and keep aside.
- Now heat3-4 tbsp oil in a wok. Crackle the cumin seeds.add green chilli,ginger paste and coriander seeds.saute for a while.
- Afterthat add red chilli powder, amchoor powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.mix it.
- Now add garam masala, cashews, raisins and grated coconut and mix it very well.
- Now add mashed potatoes and salt mix it.cook it for 3 minutes on medium flame.cool it.add coriander leaves also.
- Now pinch medium size balls from dough.make thin chapati and cut it into rectangular shape.now cut rectangular sheet again into two.keep overlap these sheets.
- Keep filling in centre.fold lower side then left side and lock the stuffing.
- Upper side and right side make a thin stripe with the help of knife.now we weave like a mat.
- Now heat the oil in a wok.deep fry all the samosa on low to medium flame untill crisp and golden.serve it with chutney and sauce.
