- 1 cup boiled soya mini chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 2 green chillies
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 4 tsp besan(gramflour)
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 tsp dry mango powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- as needed Oil for frying
Instructions to make to make Nutri kababs
- Boil the chunks and drain excess water out of it
- In a blender,coarsely grind fresh coriander,green chillies,ginger,garlic and onion.
- Add boiled chunks to it and make a smooth paste.
- Now take out this paste in a plate and mix all the spices.
- Give them shape of your choice and deep fry them in a oil.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala on top of it.Serve hot with mint coriander chutney snd onion rings!
